General terms and conditions and everything you need to know about booking and staying at our adults only hotel in Ortisei in Val Gardena.

Adults Only

Our hotel is especially designed for adults. The minimum age is 18 years.

Prices

The overnight rates are per person, per day and bed&breakfast treatment. We don't offer halfboard treatment and dinner.
Our prices adjust dynamically and may vary depending on the booking situation and length of stay.

Booking

Following your booking confirmation, you will receive an email from us with a request for a deposit (40% of the total amount). Once we have received the deposit, the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation fee

• Up to 3 weeks before departure: no charge
• Less than 3 weeks before departure: 100% of the price of stay
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we charge the total price
• Refunded deposits will be reduced by a processing fee of €50.

Travel cancellation insurance

Take advantage of our trip cancellation cover.

Payment at the hotel

You can pay the bill for your stay with your Visa, Mastercard, EC card or in cash. Cash payments are possible within the legal limit of 4,999.00 Euro. For payments by bank transfer, the amount must have been credited to our bank account before departure. Cheques, Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.

Local tax

A local tax of €5.00 per person, per day is not included in the price.

Check-in

From 3 pm until 8 pm (early & late check-in available upon request).

Check-out

Before 10.30 am (late check-out available upon request). All services are included until checkout.
Wellness day: Enjoy our spa area until 6 pm for an additional cost of 25.00€ per person.

Pets

We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.

Lift

Our hotel is barrier-free. The lift makes the rooms and suites on the upper floors accessible to all guests.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
